Paul Roland born 6 September in KentEnglandis a singer-songwriter, author, journalist and paranormal researcher. Since the release of his first shared single "Oscar Automobile" inRoland has been spinning his tales against a backdrop of gothic rock, psychedelic pop, folk and, occasionally, baroque strings. His character creations include a Regency magistrate, various 19th Century murderers, a retired executioner, an opium addict, and an entire court of medieval grotesques.

    'The Werewolf of London' was the debut offering from cult English baroque psych-pop artist Paul Roland who recorded the album in when he was just 19 years old. It was originally released on LP in March by Ace Records and credited to Midnight Rags because Paul believed that if he used his own name people might assume he was a solo 5/5(1).

    I'm one of the lucky owners of the ltd. ed cd reprint of this first Paul Roland's record. After looking for years and years for the before almost unoptainable original lp version (or really unbiddable on e-bay, if you're not a millionaire!
